Our daughter was born with a congenital heart defect and required open heart surgery at 5 weeks old. She did early intervention but that ended when she was 3. We started her with Kristie at 4 1/2 years old when it was very obvious she was having motor delays and muscle tone issues. After one year of working with Kristie, she is now on an even footing with her peers. She plays and climbs with the other kids on the playground without getting discouraged. She now enjoys coloring instead of it being a difficult task. Meeting and working with Kristie was a Godsend for us and our daughter.
